Surf Safe formed after it became clear my family and I (all keen internet users) were at RISK every time we browsed the internet or opened an email.
We had spent much time and money buying and downloading all sorts of tools that were supposed to protect us. Did they work? Some better than others!
We then joined forces with a good friend and neighbour who is far more computer literate, he had already purchased some products online giving all round protection.
We decided to work together, after discussing which tools he used to protect his computers, a decision to research and fully evaluate all of the current top products was made, a process that took many more months than anticipated! We also wondered how many people must be facing the same problems, so we decided to share the results with you and to also update these findings on a regular basis, saving you the hassle we faced. Surf Safe was created!
